All orders are shipped from North Lakes, QLD, Australia. To reduce our environmental footprint, we use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, though during busy periods there may be slight delays. Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding QLD public holidays).

Damaged in Transit

We take great care to pack your items securely before they leave our warehouse. Once handed to Australia Post, however, Coastal Calm cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit. For assistance with damaged parcels, please contact Australia Post directly.

Coastal Calm is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, nor for parcels signed for at Collection Centres by the wrong recipient. Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
